๐ฅ Roles and permissions
The following roles can archive evaluation:
Administrators
Compliance managers with manager permissions on the evaluation
Users with manager permissions on the evaluation
Limited access users with permissions on the evaluation
Archiving an evaluation removes it from view, but doesnโt completely delete it from Hyperproof. This is helpful should you need to access an archived evaluation in the future. For information on unarchiving, see Unarchiving evaluations.
Archived evaluations and their associated objects are hidden from these areas of Hyperproof:
Archived evaluations on the Work Items > Evaluation tab
Tasks on archived evaluations on the Work Items > Tasks tab
Issues on archived evaluations on the Work Items > Issues tab
Tasks on an archived evaluation that were in the Not started or In progress status are automatically cancelled. They remain in the Cancelled status if the evaluation is unarchived.
