Editing requests

πŸ‘₯ Roles and permissions

Editing permissions vary by activity. For example, you must have manager permissions on a request to archive it.

Requests can be linked to audits or assessments. Note that a user does not need to be added to an audit or an assessment to be added to a request.

πŸ“ Note

You can also access requests via Work items. From the left menu, select Work items, and then select the Requests tab.

πŸ“ Note

Editing the status or due date of a request sends an email notification to the assignee and all audit managers. If the status is set to Submitted to Auditor, an email notification is sent to all audit managers and the external auditor. See Audits, assessments, and requests.
