The following roles can link a request to and unlink a request from an evaluation:
Administrators
Compliance managers
Users
Linking a request to an evaluation
When a request is linked to an evaluation, any proof linked to the request is also linked to the evaluation.
From the left menu, select Assessments.
Select your assessment.
Select the Evaluations tab.
Select the evaluation you want to link a request to.
In the right pane, click the arrow in the Link button next to Linked objects.
Select either Link new or Link existing.
If you select Link new, the Create New window opens. Select an object from the drop-down menu, name the object, then click Create.
If you select Link existing, the Link objects window opens. Select the object or objects you want to link, then click Link.
The request is linked to the evaluation.
Unlinking a request from an evaluation
When you unlink a request from an evaluation, all proof and target object links from the evaluation are also unlinked.
From the left menu, select Assessments.
Select your assessment.
Select the Evaluations tab.
Select the evaluation you want to unlink the request from.
In the right pane, expand Linked objects.
Hover over the request you want to unlink, then click the Unlink icon.
The request is unlinked.
