Communicating with contacts

You can communicate with contacts via the Activity Feed.

In the comment field, enter your message for the contact. Be sure to include ‘@’ before their name, i.e. @Nicole Appleton. The contact receives an email notifying them of the ‘@mention’. If the contact replies to the email, their message appears in the Activity Feed.
