Connection health notifications

Written by Hyperproof Support
Updated over 3 weeks ago

Hyperproof sends out a weekly digest of notifications when connections on the Connected accounts window are unhealthy. Weekly digest notifications are sent on Mondays.

Notifications contain links to the connection, Hypersync, or task that is unhealthy. Notifications are sent for the following connections and groups:

  • Unhealthy Hypersync connections - All users and groups who are members of the connection.

  • Unhealthy Hypersyncs - Hypersync owners, and managers, users, and groups on controls or labels where the Hypersyncs are configured.

  • Unhealthy task integration administrator connections - The owner of the connection and all users with their own connections to the integrated third-party software, such as Asana, via individual tasks.

  • Unhealthy task integration user connections - The owner of the integrated task, such as a Jira or Asana task.

  • Access reviews with unhealthy connections or Hypersyncs - Notifications are sent only while the access review status is either In Setup or In Progress.

    • Unhealthy directory connections or Hypersyncs - Access review members.

    • Unhealthy user application list connections or Hypersyncs - Access review members.

See Connected accounts and connection health for more information on connection health.
