By default, you'll receive both email and Slack notifications. If you don’t want to receive Slack notifications for a particular item, clear the checkbox on the Notifications window.
📝 Note
Notifications can only be managed individually by each user. Notifications can't be turned on or off globally for all users.
From the left menu, select Settings.
Select Notifications.
Scroll to the Slack section and click the Click here to connect link.
The Connect to Slack window displays.
Click the
Connectbutton.The Slack permissions window displays.
Review the permissions and click Allow to complete the Slack connection configuration.
Under Slack - I want to be notified via Slack when... toggle on or off the following notifications:
Someone @mentions me - If selected, you will be notified any time you are ‘@mentioned’ in an Activity Feed.
All other notifications . If selected, you will be notified whenever activity is associated with you. For example, if you are assigned a task, you become a control owner, you are added as a member of an audit, etc.
