Note: This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.
From the menu, select Settings.
Select Questionnaires.
The Questionnaires window displays.
From the left menu, select General Questionnaires.
Click Add New > and select Create New.
From the menu, select Create new from the following options:
Choose from existing - Copies an existing questionnaire, allowing you to select all or some of the sections and questions from the original questionnaire. See Copying a questionnaire.
Create new - Starts a new questionnaire from scratch with no sections or questions. See Configuring a questionnaire.
Generate using AI - Creates a new questionnaire from a template or a descriptive prompt that outlines your questionnaire requirements. See Generate a questionnaire with AI.
Import - Creates a new questionnaire by uploading and importing questionnaires from Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) files. See Import questions into a Risk AI questionnaire.
Enter a title for the questionnaire.
Click Create.
The Questionnaire Builder displays.
