Roles and permissions
The following roles can unlink proof from a request:
Anyone with manager or contributor permissions for the request.
Unlinking proof from a request removes the proof from the request, but doesn’t delete it from your organization. When you unlink proof, you can still view the proof at the organizational level.
Note: Unlinking proof from a request also removes the proof from any linked evaluations.
Hyperproof does not currently support unlinking proof from requests in bulk.
From the left menu, select Audits or Assessments.
Select your audit or assessment.
Select the Requests tab.

Select the request with the proof you want to unlink.
In the right pane, scroll to Proof.
Hover over the proof, then click the Unlink icon.
The Unlink proof window opens.
Click Confirm.
The proof is unlinked from the request.
