Configuring permissions for tables

Note: This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

  1. From the menu, select Settings.

  2. Click Tables.

    A list of existing tables displays.

  3. Select the table you want to modify.

    The table window displays.

  4. Click the Settings (Gear) icon next to Add Column.

  5. Configure the following options.

    • Allow collaborators - Turn column collaboration on or off.

    • Add/delete rows - Turn the ability to add rows on or off.

    • Show timestamp - Display or hide the timestamp for when a row was added or updated.

    • Column freeze - Freeze one or more columns for better visualization when scrolling.
