Collecting proof best practices

Collecting evidence or proof of compliance can be a significant burden. The day-to-day running of a business generates a huge amount of evidence that needs to be tracked and readily available for your Compliance Operations (ComOps) to be successful.

Hyperproof can help you collect and organize proof to make your compliance work more efficient, reduce redundant work, and support audit preparedness. Examples of that proof can include data logs and meeting notes, screenshots, links, reports from third-party systems, and more. Without proof and the ability to easily locate it, you can’t provide evidence that you are compliant with the requirements needed for certification.

This guide outlines some processes you can implement in Hyperproof to improve how you collect and manage proof:

For more information, see this workshop on the proof-collection process: "How to import and organize proof."
