The Catalog type configuration feature allows you to define and customize catalog types, configure pages and sections, and manage permissions within a catalog. A catalog type represents a single catalog and its configuration components. Catalogs contain entities such as vendors, suppliers, or providers.
To access the catalog type configuration:
From the top menu, select Settings.
Select Catalog.
The Catalog Types window displays.
From the Catalog Types window, you can do the following:
View existing catalog types.
Modify the configuration of an existing catalog type.
Create a new catalog type.
Turn off a catalog type.
