Work items

Work items are objects within Hyperproof that represent work that needs to be tracked and completed. They can be linked to multiple objects—which alleviates duplication of work—and provide visibility into your organization's overall compliance posture. Administrators can determine whether the presence of any issue, several issues, or past due issues is what makes a control Critical or At Risk.

Work items can be viewed within an object, e.g. a control, as well as from the Work items tab.

Tasks, repeating tasks, requests, evaluations, and issues are all work items you'll find in Hyperproof.

📝 Note

Administrators can add themselves to parent objects, providing them access to associated work items.
