Adding custom columns to tables

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.


  1. From the menu, select Settings.

  2. Click Tables.

    A list of existing tables displays.

  3. Select the table you want to modify.

    The table window displays.

  4. Click + Add Column.

    The Add Column window displays.

  5. Complete the following fields:

    • Column Name - Enter the name for the column.

    • Column Description - Enter a brief description of the column. This field is optional.

    • Data Type - Select a data type for the column. See Data types for table columns for a list of data types.

    • Required - Toggle on to make the column required.

  6. Depending on the data type you selected, additional fields and options display below the Data Type field.

  7. Click Save.
