The following question types are supported in forms, each offering unique attributes and behaviors suitable for various data collection needs. These question types provide a versatile and comprehensive set of options, allowing forms to capture a wide range of data types, from simple text to complex data references. Definition

Date

Date picker field that ensures the correct date format is used.

Email address

Capture and validate email addresses.

Entity

References another entity within the system, allowing the form to link or relate data from different entities, such as vendors. Useful for creating relationships or cross-references.

Existing products

A reference field that links to existing products in the system. Allows you to select from predefined products rather than entering new data.

File upload

Allows users to upload files directly through the form to attach documents, images, or any necessary supporting files.

Phone

Capture and validate telephone numbers, including country codes.

Rich text

A text field that supports rich formatting options such as bold, italics, and bullet points. Ideal for capturing detailed information that may require structured formatting.

Show message

Displays a message or set of instructions. This field type is non-interactive and is used for informational purposes within the form, guiding or instructing users without requiring input.

Simple text

Free-form text field.

Table

Displays tabular data with multiple rows and columns that includes multiple related entries or fields in a single question.

Teams

Allows you to select one or more teams from a predefined list. Useful for group-based assignments or approvals within the form.

URL

Capture and validate website URLs.

Users

Allows you to select one or more users from a predefined list within the system. Typically used for assigning tasks or designating individuals within a workflow.
