Our recovery time objective (RTO) for a complete data center outage is 12 hours. Our recovery point objective (RPO) is 15 minutes.

Hyperproof maintains and regularly updates disaster recovery procedures. The Hyperproof Engineering Team conducts a disaster recovery drill at least annually to test our recovery processes and procedures.
Customer-uploaded evidence or proof is geo-replicated as it is written, providing a continuous backup.
Deleted proof files are saved in a deleted state for 30 days.
Full backups are done once a day and are stored for 30 days.
Transaction log backups are done at least every 15 minutes, but typically more frequently.
